Dearest #AmOspite, welcome to Pineta! Here you will find some simple rules and tips to spend your stay in complete peace and serenity, if everyone respects these small attentions everyone’s vacation will be more peaceful and pleasant.

  **A**

• Alarm clock: on the telephone in your room dial directly 88 plus the time when you wish to be woken up (4 digits) and wait for the confirmation tone. Ex: Alarm clock at 6 am: 88 06 00. In case of error, dial the number 89, followed by 9999 and wait for the confirmation tone. Hang up and dial again.
• Apple: it is not only the natural element that distinguishes our valley, but also an ingredient that can not be missing in our tasty dishes … and in our beauty treatments!
• Arrival / Departure: the room is free from 2 pm. On the day of departure, please clear the room by 10 am, unless otherwise agreed.

**B**

• Baggage: we will be glad to help you. Please just inform the reception.
• Bar: opens every day at 10 am and closes at 12 am.
• Bathrobe: it is available to you for free. If you wish to change it, you can do it at the wellness center for a cost of € 4.00. Upon your departure, please leave it in your room. Bathrobes can be bought at the reception.
• Beauty: all our staff will be happy to welcome you in our wellness center, in order to help you find the most suitable treatment for you.
• Beauty treatments: appointments must be respected; in case of cancellation, they must be canceled at least 24 hours before, otherwise the 50% of the value will be charged on your bill.
• Bicycles: mountain bikes can be taken for free at the reception, just ask for the keys and leave your name. Electric bikes with pedal assistance may be rented for € 30 per day and € 15 for half a day.
• Bill: please pay it on the day of departure from 8 am onwards in the morning. You can pay in cash, debit cards, checks or with any credit card.
• Biosauna: the right mix of herbs and natural essences to activate the senses and release nervous tensions at a temperature of 50-60°.
• ¾ Board service “Alla Pineta”: breakfast with a rich sweet and savory buffet from 7.30 am to 10 am in the restaurant room, light lunch with a buffet of fresh vegetables, fruits and two hot dishes from 12.30 pm to 2 pm in the Taverna. From 4 pm to 5.30 pm, corner of homemade desserts, fruits and herbal teas in the Taverna. Dinner is served in the restaurant room of Casa Pineta from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm with tempting courses of Trentino specialties and more, buffet of cooked, raw vegetables and appetizers.
• Breakfast: see ¾ board service “Alla Pineta”.

 **C**

• Children: children are our welcome guests. The Pineta is ideal for families, because it has large and safe recreation areas and a swimming pool for children which is available at set times (every day until 5.30 pm). Upon reservation, with an extra charge, we organize a baby club service every day from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
• Complaints or problems: should something occur that is not to your liking, please inform the reception immediately. We will do our best to fix the issue and improve our service.

 **D**

• Dinner: see ¾ board service “Alla Pineta”.
• Do not disturb: in your room you will find a tag to be hanged on your door handle if you want to make sure not to be disturbed by the cleaning ladies. We remind you to remove it when you leave, otherwise your room will not be tidied up. Rooms are rearranged from 9 am to 2 pm. We remind you that the hours from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 11 pm to 8 pm are silence hours, please try to respect them.

**E**

• Ecolabel: a Tourism flagship is the important European certification that we have obtained. Our hotel was the first one in the region of Trentino. This accreditation certifies the respect for the environment in the management of accommodation facilities. For more information: ECOLABEL.
• Emergency call: please inform the Reception by dialing 9 day or night; at night you may also dial 423.
• Essential oils: rebalancing, stimulating, purifying… the Hedoné staff will advise you on the most suitable oil for your needs. Come and try our aromatic massage.

**F**

• Finnish sauna: a natural environment with pinewood and an infusion of enteric oils at a temperature between 85° and 90° stimulates the circulation. The alternation between hot and cold temperature produces a huge benefit for the whole organism, gives energy, purifies the skin, helps eliminate impurities.

 **G**

• Golf: the Dolomiti di Sarnonico golf course, 19 km from our hotel, has just inaugurated 18 new holes; our customers will get a 25% discount on the entrance fee. The discount coupon is available at the reception.
• Grotta del Fieno (Hay Cave): the secret of this treatment is the medicinal plants contained in the hay bags that are placed under the armchair. With the moist heat produced by steam jets, the active ingredients contained in these herbs perform a purifying and tension-relieving action on the back and legs. Please use the towels to lie on the benches.

**H**

• Hairdresser: for special occasions and for all our customers, we will also meet this need and make an appointment for you in Coredo.
• Hedoné: it is our wellness center and it is divided into different areas: sauna, beauty, relax, wellness. Our beauty staff will be glad to give you all the information you want.
• Heidi’s House: equipped with games, it is available to children in the park of our Resort.
• Herbal teas: at our Hedoné Center you will find a relaxation area with herbal teas to rehydrate your body after a journey through the world of saunas. The herbal teas that you may try at the wellness center or at snack times are on sale at the reception.
• Horse riding school: the Agostini farmhouse, a few meters from the Pineta, will be glad to welcome you for a ride in the woods or for a riding lesson. If you are interested you can call 0463/536454 or just walk to the stables and ask Stefano directly.

**I**

• Information: for any requests or complaints, our staff is always ready to listen to you and advise you, in order to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
• Internet: a Wi-Fi network is available in all rooms, in the taverna, at the bar, at the reception and in the garden; the service is free and the password is not required.

**K**

• Keys: if you are planning to come back after 10 pm, please ask the reception for the night entry key.
• Kneipp (Kneipp path): to reactivate the circulatory and immune system by alternating jets of cold and hot water on the lower limbs. You can find it in the wellness area.

**L**

• Library: in the little room of Chalet Verdes you can find some books and magazines which you may read and return upon departure.
• Lost items: if you find any lost item, please hand it over to the reception; if you notice at your departure that you have forgotten something, please inform us immediately, we will be glad to find a solution.
• Lunch: see ¾ board service “Alla Pineta”.

 **M**

• Mail: it is delivered every day at 11.30 am, please give it to the reception.
• Maxi-screen: it is available in the Taverna della Casa Pineta. During the week, films are screened in the evening, in the afternoon at 6 pm a cartoon is screened for children.
• Medical assistance: it is available every day from 8 pm, on Saturdays and Sundays at number 0463/831217.
• Medical doctor: the tourist doctor’s office is located in the center of the town; for office hours please contact the reception, the medical assistance will answer at number 0463/468096 between 8 pm and 8 am.

**N**

• Newspapers: you can browse through your favourite newspaper directly from this Tablet, in the special section you will find various newspapers and magazines; you can also reserve your newspaper the night before by going to reception; it will be delivered to you every morning from 9.00 a.m. in reception at a cost of € 5
• Non Valley: one of the largest and most characteristic valleys of the region of Trentino, rich in nature and culture. We will be glad to satisfy your curiosity and to give you our suggestions to help you discover the most beautiful places and landscapes. We can also recommend splendid excursions, either easy or more demanding. Do not hesitate to contact us.

**P**

• Pets: you can take your pets with you in exchange for a small daily supplement, provided that they are polite and do not disturb hotel guests, other animals and our neighbours. We kindly ask you to take with you a bed and a blanket for your little friends. Please understand if for hygienic reasons we cannot grant them access to the restaurant, Chalet del Bosco, Chalet Verdes and the Wellness Center. It will be the owners’ responsibility to make sure they are regularly vaccinated under the law and they are given the necessary anti-parasitic treatments in due time. For the entire time of your stay, pets will remain in the custody and responsibility of their owners: the Pineta will not respond in any way for any damage caused by animals to third parties, people, things or other animals. We also remind you that in the village dogs must be kept on a leash and must never be left unattended or free to wander around; the owner is responsible for any damage caused by the animal. You cannot walk your dog in the gardens inside the Resort, as children normally play there. So please go to the woods a few steps from the Resort. Both lunch and snack buffets are available in the Taverna; you can access the area with your pets by sitting at one of the tables in the little room next to the bar or in the garden. A room in the restaurant can be used by guests who wish to take their pets with them for breakfast and dinner. If the room is full or occupied by guests without pets, we will prepare a table for you in the little room in the Taverna. Please make sure to avoid walking with your pets along any buffet area, either in the restaurant or in the Taverna. During the summer, if the weather allows to do so, you can have breakfast and dinner served on the terrace outside the restaurant in the company of your pets. After meals you may ask the waiters for leftover food; if you wish something special to be prepared, you will need to pay a supplement. We remind you that the rooms will be rearranged every day from 9 am to 1 pm. Please make sure not to leave your pet unattended in the room. If you wish, you may arrange a time with the reception.

**R**

• Reading: you may use the reading room with the little library on the ground floor of Chalet Verdes.
• Relax: an anti-stress massage, a “Thermo Spa” treatment, or one of our customized methods with fruits from the region of Trentino. These are just some of our offers to pamper you and let you relax in our beauty area, which is a place of peace and relaxation. Please respect it.
• Roman sauna (Laconicum): the ancient patricians already appreciated the healthy and purifying effect of steam, which is released directly from the walls and benches at a temperature of 60-65°; the walls are heated at a temperature from 55 to 80° and provide impressive amounts of radial heat. The body reacts immediately with heavy sweating, thus eliminating toxins. Even the skin immediately becomes soft, relaxed and ideally ready for subsequent beauty applications.
• Room: if something is missing in your room (pillow, coat hanger, etc.) please inform the staff available on the floor or at the reception.

 **S**

• Safe: they are available in all rooms or at the reception.
• Smoking: “Thanks for not smoking”: this is our motto. However we have reserved all outdoor spaces for our smoking guests. We remind you that smoking is not allowed in the room.
• Snowshoes: a fun and safe way to experience and discover our mountains in winter accompanied by Livio. They are available for free at the reception.
• Sport: you can carry out several physical activities at the Pineta: swimming, gym activities, both cardiofitness and free exercises, tennis and team sports in our multipurpose field. In our mountains you can make beautiful walks, ride the bicycle or ride a horse, practice Nordic walking, rafting, canyoning, kayaking in the Novella gorges. The hotel regularly organizes excursions and trips with Livio to the most suggestive places in the area and an outdoor barbecue near an Alpine pasture once a week.
• Sports center: it is available with bocce and tennis courts, five-a-side football and basketball courts; you can ask for the keys at the reception.
• Sugar: one of the ingredients of grandmother Elsa’s legendary strudel, together with Non Valley apples, which are known all over the world. Come and taste a slice! From 4 pm to 5.30 pm in the Taverna we open our dessert corner for the sweet-toothed, accompanied by a drink of the day.
• Swimming pool: the swimming pool area inside the Hedoné Wellness Center is open every day from 10 am to 8 pm. Please enter only with clean slippers and after taking a shower.

**T**

• Taverna: every week we organise a tasting evening with typical products prepared by our chef, in combination with his novello wine.
• Transport: transfert service is available to Coredo and Dermulo stations. The hotel also organizes a transfer service to and from Bolzano and Verona airport and to the railway stations (in exchange for a fee). At the bar or reception you can ask for a taxi service at any time. The reception will also help you find the most suitable means of public transport for your travels.
• Trips: Livio will accompany you on various trips and excursions to the most beautiful places in the region of Trentino. We kindly ask you for a fee, which you will find on the bulletin board price list and on the weekly program.
• Turkish bath: by diving into a magical atmosphere of moist steam and natural flavours at a temperature of 40-50°, your circulation will be stimulated and toxins will be eliminated.

**U**

• Unique: the Pineta is a unique place that combines the exclusiveness of an innovative hospitality formula with a complete 360° offer, in order to meet all of your needs.

 **W**

• Waste collection area: our actions are aimed at reducing waste production by always reminding to separate waste; therefore we have created a waste collection area at the Resort hall, where you can separate waste.
• Wines: in our restaurant rooms you can rely on Andreas, who will be able to suggest you the right combination with dishes of your choice.

General Information

**CHECK IN – ARRIVAL**. For the official registration of your arrival we need an identity document, which of course will be returned to you as soon as possible. Rooms are available from 2 pm of the day of arrival.

**INFORMATION**. Erica, Nicol e Fabiana are always available at the reception to give you the right suggestions and help you make the most of your holiday.

**BREAKFAST**. A rich sweet and savory buffet is served in the restaurant from 07.30 am to 10 am. Serenella and her staff await you for breakfast with a rich buffet of fresh local products, bread, fruits, yogurt, jams, juices, a bio corner and much more. For room service we will charge you € 5.00 per trip.

**BAR SERVICE**. The bar is open from 10 am to 12 am; here you can taste one of our countless Trentino grappas, an aperitif before dinner, a coffee, herbal tea or a good local amaro.

**RESTAURANT**. Andreas and all the dining room staff are ready to meet your needs. A light lunch is served in the Taverna della Casa Pineta from 12.30 pm to 2 pm. From 4 pm to 5.30 pm, always in the Taverna, you will find the corner of home-made desserts, together with fruits and hot herbal teas. Dinner is served from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm and it is full of tempting dishes with specialties from Trentino and beyond, as well as a buffet of cooked vegetables and appetizers from our kitchen. Every evening our chef Mattia will offer you a special menu and he will also create gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan menus upon reservation. The à la carte restaurant is at your disposal under reservation and with an extra charge. The kitchen staff will prepare the daily takeaway menu that you may eat in the intimate atmosphere of the Chalets: if you collect it directly in the restaurant, the service is free, otherwise the room service has an additional cost of € 5.00.

**CHECK OUT – DEPARTURE**. You will surely be happy to find your room tidy upon your arrival. So please give us back your room key by 10 am of your departure day and check to make sure you do not forget anything.

**ONE DAY SPA**. If you wish to extend the day of departure, you may leave your luggage at the reception and use the wellness center all afternoon; you may also complete the day with a lunch and an afternoon snack. If available, you may use your room until the evening. For all these options, please ask the reception for a quote.

To the Welcome!

Try to stay outdoors as much as possible, we have so much space around us it would be a shame not to enjoy it. We advise you to use the outdoor paths to get around, the fewer people passing through the underground corridors (tunnels) the better.

Try if possible to avoid using the elevator, you will also have health benefits😊.

Hand hygiene is very important, in many areas of the facility you will find columns with hand sanitizer: do not hesitate to use it. If possible use your room bathroom and not the communal bathrooms.

At the Restaurant

At Breakfast: we ask you on arrival to sanitize your hands and then serve yourself at our buffet, at your table you will find a command sheet for the hot drinks that our Staff will serve you.

At noon you can serve yourself at the buffet in the tavern, we ask you to help us by clearing your used dishes on the special table in the buffet room.

For Excursions and Activities

Excursions should all be booked at the front desk so that we can best organize ourselves and ensure optimal service. Eight people can ride in the minibus. Seats will be optionally left first to those staying without a car.

In the Room

If you wish you can ask not to tidy the room every day, take advantage of our #GreenOption, you will get a voucher worth € 10 to use in our SPA for treatments of at least € 50, not combinable with other proposals. To be booked by 19:00 the previous day in Reception.

Your room upon arrival will be carefully sanitized and sanitized by our Staff and then treated with professional room ionizer to ensure maximum safety.

Please air your room so that our staff on the floors will be more secure. Your minibar will be individually refilled upon request.

Wellness Center, Pool and Whirlpools

The sauna world is open by reservation to be made at the Front Desk. In the mornings it will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Laconium, Kneipp Path, Salt Foot Bath, Experience Showers, Relaxation Area, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool and Whirlpools!

Then from 2 p.m. onwards, the time slots will be so structured and with Finnish Sauna and Turkish bath also available. At the end of each shift we take 10 minutes to sanitize the hot cabins.

The pool and gym are open from 7:30 am to 9 pm daily. Please do not stand in the pool for too long so that everyone can enjoy it.

The lounge chairs and loungers in both the lounging area and pool are positioned to ensure adequate spacing. We kindly ask that you do not move them. Please do not use the SPA locker rooms, but your room.

Pineta Nature SPA

Our wellness experts are available to you every day of the week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. They are trained to ensure your safety and maximum Relaxation.

If you want to book a massage or beauty treatment, don’t hesitate, they will be happy to pamper you to the fullest. Call them at 438 or visit them in the SPA and they will be able to advise you on the best treatment for your needs.
