BRASILE DONA FRANCISCA ESPRESSO

Coming from exporters carefully selected and chosen to meet the specific quality, this type of Brazil is produced in the Sud de Minas area, which is the southern part of the state of Minas Gerais. The plantations are located at a height that varies between 700-1300 meters above sea level.

The coffee is harvested by hand or by machine in the period between May and September, while the export begins in the months of July / August. For a precise qualitative choice, the Dona Francisca is shipped from the origin not before the month of October, when the new harvest has reached a perfect point of maturation and therefore lost any hint of grass / fresh.

The cup is well balanced with almost no acidity. The good body is combined with a pleasant aroma with a persistent aftertaste.druper caffè tazzina-caffè
